Santa Maria is the largest city on the Central Coast and has a housing inventory that spans nearly a century. The older neighborhoods around Downtown and the Broadway corridor have homes dating to the 1930s and 40s — these properties often have original cast iron drain lines, dated electrical panels in areas where we're doing renovation work nearby, and plenty of deferred maintenance to address.
